Concubine Lane @ Panglima , Ipoh

In this post, we would like to recommend the place that you will never want to miss it out in Perak!

Next stop will be Concubine Lane .

Concubine Lane
In the early years of Ipoh due to tin mining had successfully made a lot of business man become rich at Ipoh. They will find a concubine and hided their concubines at the same alley. This is to avoid their wives notice it.
The alley is now called as Concubine Lane
And this is how the name came from.

Good times never last
After the tin mining industry declined
The Concubine Lane had been abandoned as well.

The local government spends RM 12 billion
to maintain and develop 8 places of Ipoh
and one of the places are Concubine Lane.

There are a lot of souvenirs and food selling in the street. Visit here and take a photo is a MUST DO ! You can take a lot of nice photos here because the wall is old and classic and the lightning there is good.
